Design Notes

The part contains a lac operon primarily to aid in protein expression in which the lac operon serves as an advantage as autoinduction media can be used to starve the bacteria from glucose and therefore switch its primary sugar source to lactose and be able to turn protein expression on. It also contained a his-tag to purify protein along with two enterokinase cut sites to eventually remove the 6xhis-tag.
